Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Fathom Limited ("we", "us"), Suite C, Level 7, World Trust Tower, 50 Stanley Street, Central, Hong Kong, for the use of our website and mobile apps (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to them.

1. Who can use the Services

You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for activity on your account.

2. Not medical advice

The Services are for general wellness and information only. They are not a medical device and do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Progress charts and insights are based on what you enter and are not medical measurements. Do not ignore or delay professional medical advice because of anything in the Services. Talk to your doctor before changing your diet, exercise, medication or supplements. If you think you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.

3. Subscriptions, trials and billing

• Some features need a paid subscription. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
• Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple or Google, and renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
• If you start a free trial, you will be charged when it ends unless you cancel before then.
• You can cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings (see how). Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
• We may change prices; changes apply from your next renewal and you will be told in advance as the app stores require.

4. Your content

You own what you enter. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the Services to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Services: no reverse engineering, interfering with them, accessing other people's accounts, or using them for anything unlawful.

6. Our content

The apps, designs, text and software are owned by us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own use while you follow these terms.

7. Ending your account

You can stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Services are provided "as is". We do not promise any health result. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

9. Apple

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance and is not responsible for claims about the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we will tell you in advance in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Services means you accept them.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
