Delete your account and data

You can delete your account and all the data linked to it at any time. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through Apple or Google, so please cancel that first (see how).

In the app

1. Open the app and go to Settings.
2. Tap Account → Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

By email

If you can't open the app, email privacy@fathom-limited.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm and delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account details (name, email, sign-in)
• Your goals, check-ins, health logs, notes and progress history
• Your reminder and notification settings

What we may keep

Records we must keep by law, such as subscription and payment records, for up to 7 years. Usage and crash data that can no longer identify you may be kept in summary form. Backups are cleared within 30 days.
